Most Loyal Fan Contest

The Take You Down Experience

Official Rules, Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

This is a free, skill-based contest — not a sweepstakes, raffle, or random drawing. The fan with the most verified referrals at each show wins, as determined by the published rules below. There is no element of chance and no discretionary pick. No purchase is necessary to enter, to refer friends, or to win.

1.How the winner is decided

This is a referral contest, and nothing else counts. The winner at each show is the fan with the most verified referrals. To take part, a fan signs up and gets a unique referral link. That is just setup — it earns nothing on its own. The only thing that decides the contest is how many friends join through that link and complete the steps below.

Here's the game: share your link to get in with 1 point, then it's a race to 35 — the first fan to reach 35 verified referrals wins the show. If no one reaches 35, the fan with the most verified referrals when scoring closes wins.

What decides the winner Counts Notes
Verified referral: share your link and a friend joins and creates a Loyalink account 1 each Repeatable, capped at 35 verified referrals per fan per show
Most a fan can reach 35 Referrals stop counting after 35

Each verified referral counts as one. The fan with the most verified referrals at each show wins. Referrals are capped at 35 per fan per show: they stop counting after 35, so the most any fan can reach for a single show is 35 verified referrals. The cap keeps the contest from being won purely on the size of someone's existing audience, and it limits the payoff of fraud.

What counts as a verified referral

A referral counts only when all of the following are true: the friend used the entrant's unique referral link and created a Loyalink account. A click alone does not count. An account that does nothing does not count. This bar is deliberate, and because referrals are the entire contest, it is essential. It is what makes the count hard to fake and verifiable in Loyalink's own records. Referrals found to be automated, duplicated, or otherwise inauthentic are removed.

2.Eligibility requirements

Having the most verified referrals makes a fan the presumptive winner. To be confirmed, the fan must also meet these requirements, each of which is an objective yes or no fact, not a judgment call:

If the fan with the most referrals fails any requirement, recognition passes to the next fan by referral count, and so on. This is mechanical. Anyone applying the rules would reach the same result.

3.Timing and selection

4.On the leaderboard

There is no public leaderboard, and fans are not shown their rank. Results are announced at each show. This is allowed. A skill contest must publish its rules, meaning what counts toward a fan's total and how the winner is determined, but it does not have to display live standings.

Because fans cannot see their progress, Loyalink must log every referral internally with timestamps and be able to reconstruct any fan's total on request. The transparency lives in the records rather than on screen. If a result is questioned, the math has to be available.

5.Official Contest Rules

These are the official contest provisions. The general platform terms, dispute resolution and arbitration, and privacy terms are set out in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy sections that follow.

Eligibility and entry

The Most Loyal Fan Contest is free to enter and is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to participate, to refer friends, or to be recognized. To participate, a fan must join Loyalink and get their unique referral link through the Loyalink platform. Purchase of any merchandise, including the limited-edition tour tote, does not affect the contest and is not required to participate or to win.

How the winner is determined

For each show, the Most Loyal Fan is the eligible participant with the most verified referrals at the time the contest closes for that show. A referral is verified, and counted, only when a referred person uses the participant's unique referral link and creates a Loyalink account. Signing up is a one-time setup step for the participant and does not by itself determine the winner. Verified referrals are capped per participant per show as published. Recognition is determined entirely by verified referral count. A participant may enter and lead more than one show, but can be recognized as Most Loyal Fan only once across the tour; a participant who would top more than one show is recognized at the earliest-dated show, and recognition passes to the next eligible participant at the others. No purchase, merchandise, payment, or other consideration affects, adds to, or improves a participant's standing, and purchasing the limited-edition tote has no effect on the contest whatsoever.

Eligibility confirmation

The participant with the most verified referrals is recognized as the Most Loyal Fan for that show, provided the participant satisfies all eligibility requirements: being 18 years of age or older and presenting valid government-issued photo identification on request, following Chris Brown on Instagram as of the time the contest closes, not having already been recognized as Most Loyal Fan at an earlier show, and holding all referrals as authentic. Loyalink may disqualify any referral obtained through automated, fraudulent, duplicate, or inauthentic activity. Disqualification affects eligibility only and does not introduce discretion into the ranking of eligible participants. If the fan with the most referrals does not meet the eligibility requirements, recognition passes to the next eligible participant by verified referral count.

Ties

If two or more eligible participants are tied on verified referrals, the participant who reached that referral count earliest, as determined by Loyalink's timestamped records, is recognized.

Scoring period

Scoring for each show opens when the activation launches and closes 24 hours before that show's scheduled start time. Scores are verified after scoring closes and before recognition is confirmed.

The on-stage experience

Recognition as the Most Loyal Fan may include the opportunity to participate in an on-stage fan experience during the concert. A valid concert ticket, purchased separately through an authorized provider, is required to enter the venue and to participate. Recognition does not include concert admission. To access the stage, the recognized participant must also present a valid stage pass through the Loyalink app or in a mobile browser or mobile wallet, including Apple Wallet, at the time and place directed by event staff. A recognized participant must therefore hold both a valid concert ticket and a valid stage pass. If a recognized participant does not hold a valid ticket, cannot present a valid stage pass, or fails to meet venue, security, timing, identification, or participation requirements, the experience may be forfeited without substitution, compensation, or replacement. The on-stage experience is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to venue policies, safety and security requirements, production and scheduling constraints, and artist and team approval. It may be modified, postponed, substituted, or canceled for safety, operational, production, legal, or logistical reasons.

Before taking part in any on-stage or artist experience, a recognized participant may be required to execute a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement, along with liability releases, publicity and likeness releases, waivers, medical disclosures, and other participation agreements. A participant who declines to execute any required agreement may forfeit the experience without substitution, compensation, or replacement.

Notification and claim period

A recognized participant is notified through their Loyalink account, and a message is also sent to the email address and phone number associated with that account. Participants are responsible for keeping their account contact information accurate and for monitoring it around the time of their show. Notifications and the stage pass are delivered through the Loyalink account, and the stage pass appears in that account once recognition is confirmed.

A recognized participant must claim the recognition within 8 hours of the time the notification is sent to their Loyalink account. If the participant does not claim within that period, the recognition is forfeited and passes to the next eligible participant by verified referral count, who is then notified and subject to the same 8-hour claim period. This process repeats as needed. The claim deadline is measured from the time of notification and is applied uniformly. It is not adjusted on a discretionary basis.

Merchandise and redemption

The limited-edition tour tote is optional merchandise sold separately. It is not a contest entry, counts as no referrals, and has no effect on a participant's referral count or eligibility. Purchase of the tote does not increase the likelihood of recognition in any way.

To redeem the tote, purchasers present their valid Loyalink QR code at an official merchandise booth during the event. Upon verification, the purchaser receives one limited-edition Chris Brown R&B Tour Tote. Venue pickup requires venue access. A purchaser who is not attending the show, or who otherwise cannot reach the merchandise booth, should message the host through Loyalink to arrange delivery. Shipping is available where permitted and is at the purchaser's expense.

Each Loyalink QR code may be redeemed only once. Lost, duplicated, transferred, altered, previously redeemed, or invalid QR codes may not be accepted. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring their QR code is accessible at the time of redemption. All sales are final unless otherwise stated by Loyalink, the event organizer, or the artist's authorized representatives.

Loyalink, the artist team, venue, promoter, and affiliated partners are not responsible for missed redemptions, inability to participate, denied venue entry, technical issues, mobile device failures, venue restrictions, scheduling conflicts, or failure to present a valid QR code or stage pass.

Loyalink and the artist team reserve the right to interpret, administer, modify, suspend, or terminate this activation at any time to protect the fairness, safety, compliance, and operational integrity of the contest. Any such action will be applied consistently with the published scoring rules and will not be used to alter the ranking of eligible participants on a discretionary basis.

Legal note Governing law, dispute resolution and arbitration, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and personal data and privacy handling are now set out in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy sections below. The non-disclosure, liability, publicity, and participation agreements referenced in these terms should be reviewed and supplied as standalone signature documents. The contest is restricted to participants 18 and older, confirmed by photo ID, which removes the need for guardian consent. Remaining for counsel: indemnification, and whether the assessed value of the on-stage experience triggers contest registration or disclosure in any of the 26 tour states.

8.FAQ

How is the Most Loyal Fan chosen?
It's a referral contest. The fan who refers the most friends who join at each show wins. You get a unique link, and every friend who joins through it counts toward your total. The most verified referrals when the contest closes wins. No one hand-picks the winner, it's decided by the numbers.
Do I have to buy anything to win?
No. Entering and referring friends is completely free. The tote is optional merchandise and does not affect the contest or your chances in any way.
How do I earn the most referrals?
Share your link and get friends to join. A referral counts when your friend uses your link and creates an account. The more real referrals you drive, the better your standing. Signing up is a quick, free setup step to get started.
Is there a leaderboard? Can I see my rank?
No. There's no live ranking and you won't see your position. Results are announced at each show. Every referral is recorded, so totals can be verified.
What do I need to be eligible?
You need to be 18 or older, following Chris Brown on Instagram when the contest closes, and your referrals need to be real. To take part in the on-stage experience, you also need a valid concert ticket and a valid stage pass in the Loyalink app or your mobile wallet, and you may be asked to show photo ID and sign a few standard agreements first.
How old do I have to be?
You must be 18 or older to take part. If you win, you'll need to show valid government-issued photo ID to confirm it.
How many winners are there?
One per show — every show runs its own contest with its own Most Loyal Fan. A fan can win only once across the whole tour, though: if you'd top more than one show, you win the earliest-dated one, and recognition passes to the next fan at the others.
Do I need a concert ticket to enter?
No. Entering and referring friends is free and separate from the concert. You only need a valid ticket to take part in the on-stage experience itself, since it happens during the show.
When does scoring close?
24 hours before your show, so scores can be verified and the winner notified.
What happens if there's a tie?
Whoever reached the referral count first wins. Every referral is timestamped, so there's always a clear answer.
If I win, how am I notified and how do I get my stage pass?
You'll be notified in your Loyalink account, and we'll also message the email and phone number you signed up with. Your stage pass appears in your Loyalink account once your recognition is confirmed. Keep your contact info current and keep an eye on it around your show date, so you don't miss it.
How long do I have to claim?
8 hours from the time we send the notification to your Loyalink account. If you don't claim within that window, the recognition passes to the next eligible fan by referral count, who then gets the same 8 hours. So respond quickly.
What if I have the most referrals but don't have a concert ticket?
A valid ticket is required to take part in the on-stage experience. Without one, you may be unable to participate and the opportunity may be forfeited. No replacement, cash value, or other compensation is provided.
Does buying the tote help me win?
No. The tote earns no referrals and has no effect on selection. It's merch, nothing more.
Where and how do I get my tote?
Bring your Loyalink QR code to an official merchandise booth at the show. A staff member scans it and verifies your order. If you're not attending or can't get to the booth, message the host through Loyalink to arrange delivery. Shipping is at your cost, where shipping is available.
What should I bring to redeem my tote?
Your phone with your Loyalink QR code ready to scan. We recommend the Loyalink app, adding the code to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet when available, a charged phone, and a bright screen. Screenshots of the QR code are not accepted, and you may be asked for ID.
Can I use my QR code more than once, or have someone else redeem it?
No. Each code is redeemed once and is intended for the original purchaser. Redemptions are subject to verification by Loyalink and event staff.
What if I lose my QR code or my phone dies?
A working, scannable code is needed to redeem at the booth. If you can't access it, staff may try to verify your account another way, but that can't be guaranteed. The mail option is the fallback if you can't redeem in person.
Are refunds available, and who do I contact for help?
All sales are final unless stated otherwise by Loyalink or the event organizer. For any issue, contact Loyalink Support or visit the merchandise booth during the show.
